Laser therapy is the use of light energy being absorbed by living issue and creating a biological reaction in the cells. Research has shown that these effects include improved healing time, pain reduction, increased circulation and decreased swelling.
Laser therapy is not painful and most people feel nothing during the treatment. Cold lasers do not generate any perceivable heat however a few patients may notice a slight tingling during the treatment.
